Do NOT use this form if you are a Time Warner Cable customer having trouble sending mail and/or having trouble downloading mail from our mail servers. The query results that will be displayed by this form are there to show whether or not a given mail server is blocked from sending mail to Time Warner Cable customers. Instead, see the FAQ below.

Please note that this tool can only search for IP addresses; host names, domain names, and email addresses will not work.


When using this form, enter the IP address of the server that is trying to send mail to Time Warner Cable customers. This IP address is NOT the IP address assigned to a Time Warner Cable residential customer cable modem. Note: EVERY Time Warner Cable Residential Customer's Cable Modem IP will show up as being on our internal block list; see Time Warner Cable Dynamic Space.
However, that block list only applies to direct connections to our inbound mail servers.
